Tickets

How do I receive my tickets?

Your tickets are delivered instantly to your account and emailed to you. Access them anytime in the Tickets section of the app — no printing required.

Can I use my tickets offline?

Yes. Once you've viewed your ticket in the app, it is cached for offline access. Your QR code will display even without an internet connection.

Can I transfer a ticket to someone else?

Ticket transfers are not currently supported in the app. Please contact us if you need assistance with a transfer.

What is a bundle or multi-day pass?

Bundle tickets cover multiple sessions of a multi-day event. Purchasing a bundle gives you a single ticket granting access to all included sessions.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your card details.

What does 'All-In Price' mean?

The All-In Price is the total you'll pay including the ticket price, any service fees, and applicable processing fees. No surprises at checkout.

Why was I charged a service fee?

Service fees help cover platform costs and are set by the event organizer. All fees are shown transparently before you complete your purchase.

Refunds

Can I get a refund on my tickets?

Refund eligibility depends on the event organizer's policy. Please review the event details or contact the organizer directly. See our full Refund Policy for details.

What happens if an event is cancelled?

If an event is cancelled, we will work with the organizer to process refunds as quickly as possible. You will be notified by email.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Account

Do I need an account to buy tickets?

You can browse events without an account, but you will need to sign in or create a free account to complete a purchase and access your tickets.

How do I reset my password?

Use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your email address.

How do I update my account details?

Account settings can be updated in the Account section of the app.

Organizers

How do I list my event on PraiseTickets?

How does ticketing revenue get paid out?

Payouts are processed through Stripe and transferred according to your organizer agreement. Visit your organizer dashboard for payout details and history.
