Organizer Refund Policies

Refund eligibility for individual events is determined by the event organizer. Each organizer sets their own refund window and conditions. Please review the event details page or contact the organizer directly before purchasing if you have questions about their specific policy.

Platform Service Fees

Platform and processing fees are non-refundable in all cases, including event cancellations, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Cancelled Events

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, PraiseTickets will work with the organizer to facilitate refunds of the base ticket price to original payment methods. You will be notified by email. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Postponed or Rescheduled Events

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. Refunds for postponed events are at the organizer's discretion. If you cannot attend the new date, contact the organizer directly.

How to Request a Refund

Contact the event organizer directly using the contact information on the event page. For platform-level support, visit our Contact page and include your order number.

Fraudulent Transactions

If you believe you have been charged fraudulently, contact us immediately and we will work with Stripe to investigate and resolve the issue.
